Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") govern the relationship between fbajeee (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "your") who accesses, browses, registers with, deposits to, or participates in any game, bet, or service offered through fbajeee at https://fbajeee.net.

By completing the registration process on fbajeee, you affirmatively confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Acceptance is also implied by any act of depositing funds, placing a wager, or accessing any restricted section of the platform after registration.

fbajeee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the User's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the fbajeee Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and fbajeee.

Access to and use of fbajeee is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. fbajeee enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing fbajeee voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes. You are not acting on behalf of a third party, agent, or organisation without express written authorisation from fbajeee.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, either through fbajeee's own responsible gaming tools or through any external gambling support organisation.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your specific location before registering.
• You are registering with accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false details — including but not limited to name, date of birth, address, or payment credentials — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

fbajeee takes underage gambling extremely seriously. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation — including a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any point during the account lifecycle. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is under 18 years of age, we will suspend the account immediately pending verification and may permanently close it if verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

To access the full range of services available on fbajeee — including live casino games, sports betting, slot play, and BDT deposits — you must first create a registered account. The registration process is completed via the fbajeee Login page and requires you to provide accurate personal details as prompted.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be asked to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official identification documents.
• A valid email address that you own and have regular access to. This email will be used for all fbajeee account communications.
• A unique password of sufficient strength. You are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are 18 years of age or older.
• A valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, which may be used for verification and payment method linking.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold a maximum of one active fbajeee account at any time. Duplicate accounts — defined as any second or subsequent account registered to the same individual, regardless of whether different personal details, email addresses, or device identifiers are used — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fbajeee reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to confiscate any balances therein, including both deposited funds and accumulated winnings.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

fbajeee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to protect both the platform and its players. We may request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last 3 months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet showing your registered number).

Until KYC verification is completed to fbajeee's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. fbajeee will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts exceeding ৳10,000 in aggregate value. Submitting fraudulent, altered, or falsified verification documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure and referral to the appropriate authorities.

All financial transactions on fbajeee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fbajeee supports the following local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional banking options via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may be available subject to your account verification status.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction.
• There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by fbajeee, though your payment provider's own limits apply.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your fbajeee balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.
• fbajeee does not charge any deposit processing fee. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method from which the original deposit was made, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 10–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• fbajeee reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal of ৳10,000 or above.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our payments team during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours will be reviewed on the next working day.
• Any withdrawal request that triggers our fraud detection protocols will be placed on hold pending investigation. fbajeee will notify the affected User by email within 24 hours of placing such a hold.

fbajeee offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers, BPL and IPL seasonal promotions, Eid and Pohela Boishakh specials, and loyalty cashback rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement and should be read alongside these general Terms & Conditions.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonus amounts are credited in BDT and are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each promotion is stated clearly at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, traded, or shared between accounts.
• Only one active welcome bonus or promotional offer may be held per account at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• fbajeee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is already credited to an account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will apply.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in each offer's terms. Bonuses not wagered within the allotted period will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

fbajeee maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a wagering outcome, exploiting technical errors or glitches in bonus crediting systems, and wagering only on games that are excluded or contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, fbajeee will void the bonus and all associated winnings and may permanently close the offending account.

As a registered User of fbajeee, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. These obligations are designed to protect the integrity of the platform, the security of all players, and the fairness of all games and betting markets.

• Lawful use only: You will use fbajeee solely for lawful personal entertainment. You will not use the platform for any illegal purpose including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or organised betting syndicate activity.
• Accurate information: You will provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete account information. You will promptly update your registered email address, contact number, or payment method details if they change.
• No automated tools: You will not use bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology that gives you or any third party an unfair advantage over other players or over fbajeee's systems.
• No collusion: You will not collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share live dealer hands, or coordinate betting activity in a manner designed to circumvent the house edge or bonus terms.
• Respectful conduct: You will treat fbajeee staff, support agents, and other players with respect. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at any fbajeee employee via any communication channel will not be tolerated and may result in immediate account closure.
• Responsible gaming: You acknowledge that gambling carries a risk of financial loss and that fbajeee's games and betting markets are forms of entertainment, not a reliable source of income. You will make use of fbajeee's responsible gaming tools if you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.
• Device and account security: You will ensure that your login credentials are kept confidential and that your account is not accessed by any person under the age of 18. If minors have access to the device you use to access fbajeee, you are responsible for taking appropriate measures to prevent their access.

fbajeee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Duplicate account creation in violation of the one-account policy.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC documentation.
• Bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or use of prohibited automated tools.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, in accordance with our dormant account policy (see below).
• Self-exclusion request by the account holder via fbajeee's responsible gaming tools or via a written request to [email protected].

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You have the right to close your fbajeee account at any time. To initiate voluntary account closure, contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request" from the email address registered to your account. Any positive real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided your account is in good standing and KYC verification is complete. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. fbajeee will notify you by email at least 30 days before applying dormant account procedures. A monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 (or the full remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from dormant account balances. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fbajeee's total liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their fbajeee account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fbajeee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of bets due to technical outages, or losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform.

While fbajeee takes all reasonable measures to ensure platform availability and game integrity, we do not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including force majeure events such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or regulatory directives — may result in temporary service unavailability. fbajeee will communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

All games on fbajeee are provided by certified third-party game studios. fbajeee acts as a distribution channel for these games and is not the developer of the underlying game software. In the event of a documented software malfunction during a game session, fbajeee will void the affected round and return the staked amount to the User's balance. fbajeee will not pay out winnings generated during a confirmed software malfunction, regardless of the displayed outcome.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes fbajeee's liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. The disclaimers and limitations set out in this section reflect a fair and reasonable allocation of risk between you and fbajeee and form a fundamental basis of the bargain between us.
